Tailor Bros is a specialist designer and creator of gentleman’s garments. We provide a online and offline tailor service, by appointment or not. All purchases of goods and services from us are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Acceptance of our quotation constitutes acceptance of these terms also. Acceptance of terms is granted either by the purchase of garments or in writing with the intention of purchase of garments.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
(i) The price for the garments shall, unless otherwise agreed, be the price identified by Us to You and set out in at the time of the initial consultation and clarified in writing. The price for the garments shall be displayed inclusively of VAT but exclusive of all and any other costs, such as shipping fee, insurance, etc…, for which the Buyer shall pay in addition.
(ii) Payment for shirts and pants shall be made in full and upon the order for the garments being placed. As regards suits and overcoats, a deposit of 50% of the order value shall be due when you select the cloth that you want Us to use. Work will not commence until you have approved the design proposal and payment of the deposit has cleared into our account. The remaining balance is payable to be handle at the final fitting.
(iii) It is understood that the initial deposit is wholly non-refundable under any circumstances.
(iv) Payment can be made by cash or credit card. Payment shall not be deemed to have occurred until We have received cleared funds.
(v) Any additional charges unknown at the time of the undertaking of work, for example shipping costs, will be charged at the time when such fees are understood. These charges will be applied at the rate of the third party supplier costs.
As all orders are made to you measurements, styles and specifications; or otherwise modified to your requirements; you may only cancel your order by agreement from Tailor Bros.
To cancel any order, you must inform us of such cancellation in writing and await full acceptance from Tailor Bros.
Our Cancellation Charges are found below based on the work and time undertaken at certain times throughout the process: Cancellation After Initial Appointment and/or the finish of 50% Deposit And Awaiting or Arrival Of Cloth: 50% of order value.
All garments bought in using our service and/or bought for us to provide our service are non refundable. Because all made-to-order garments are made specifically for you a one and only individual, they are hence it is exempt from any exchange or refund policy. If you have any queries about your sizing, cloth choice, change of garments, or any further queries, please speak to us prior to place your order and/or await for our acceptance.
Refunding under the circumstance of customer not having any fitting appointment after the first initial appointment, and receiving the order by shipping method, which are all discussed and agreed on at the initial appointment, will be maximum 50% of the total amount.
Refunding totally payment after collection of order and/or the finish of full payment is not possible.
We offer a tailoring service. As such, you recognize that the time that it will take Us to make the garments will vary and be dependent upon such matters as the availability of cloth and your ability to attend fittings. In general terms, shirts will standardly usually be made within 10 days, overcoats and suits will ideally be made within 5 weeks. In each case, this time commencing from the receipt of cloth by Us. We shall do our best to keep you updated with the anticipated date of delivery of the garments but understand that times may vary through the process.
We shall not be held responsible for any delays to the completion of garments which occured by factors not agreed on the initial apointment.
We warrant that the garments are of satisfactory quality. If You wish to make a claim under this warranty, You shall give written notice to Us within 10 days of the discovery of the defect and give Us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the garments. Our liability under the warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the garments required in question or refunding the price of such garments. Warranty claims can only be made within 12 months from the date of completion. We can give no assurance or warranty that cloth used in manufacturing the Goods will be identical in colour, shade or texture with any sample you select.
RETURNS OF ACCESSORIES
Since the process that we follow, at Your instruction, is one involving your careful consideration. It is your responsibility to check the garments thoroughly prior to hand over. All garments returned to Us will only be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions:
(i) Returned garments must be returned within the warranty period of 12 months mentioned above;
(ii) Returned garments must be proved to be not fitted or not functioned normally by videos and pictures required by Us
(iii) No refund or replacement can be made against garments which cannot be confirmed as coming from You as the person who is returning them;
(iv) Garments must be returned completely to receive maximum refund amount of 50% total order, including where appropriate all packaging in an acceptable condition. Other circumstances will be discussed and agreed by both parties. We will not refund carriage costs;
(v) Returned garments must be returned to Our address stated on the accompanying invoice. We cannot be responsible for any garments which are returned but lost in transit.
